Who provides the service

Soniro is an application by Soniro App, tax ID 41661788W, calle Romaní, 29, 07420 Sa Pobla, Illes Balears (Spain). Contact: support@soniro.app.

What Soniro is

A personal planner where you jot things down by talking, and which alerts you at the time you tell it to. By using it you accept these terms.

Your account

You can use the app without signing up. If you do sign up, you are responsible for keeping access to your email or to the Apple or Google account you use to sign in. You can delete your account and all its content from Settings, whenever you want and without asking anyone.

The subscription

Soniro has a free part and a paid subscription, Soniro Premium, which removes the free plan's limits.

If you cancel, nothing you have already created is touched: the reminders you set keep going off exactly the same. The only thing that changes is that the limits apply again when creating new things.

⚠️ What we cannot guarantee

Soniro does everything the operating system allows so that an alert arrives, but we cannot guarantee that a notification will always go off. Some things are not up to us:

Do not use Soniro as the only reminder for something whose loss has serious consequences —critical medication, a legal obligation, an emergency—. It is not a medical device nor a safety system.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app for anything illegal, nor try to access other people's data, nor get around the free plan's limits by technical means, nor make a volume of requests that degrades the service for everyone else.

What you write is yours

The content of your reminders is yours. We do not use it for anything other than providing you the service, and we do not share it with anyone. See the privacy policy.

The Soniro name, its design and its code are ours. You can use the app, not copy it.

Availability and changes

The app is updated often and some feature may change or disappear. If a change significantly affects what you have paid for, you will be told inside the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. None of this limits the rights granted to you by consumer law, which apply regardless.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to the courts where you live.

This is a translation, provided so you can read it in your own language. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version is the one that applies.
